We are seeking fiction and non-fiction manuscripts that will be of interest to scholars and students in the field of Malay and Southeast Asian studies, as well as for general readership. If you would like to submit a proposal, please send an email to press@kawahbuku.com with the following information:
- A cover letter that explains the proposed topic and its relevance to our audience
- A summary of the book’s main themes, including a list of contents with a brief description of each chapter
- Information about the author or contributors, including any relevant publishing credits, activist experience, or academic background in the field
- A description of the main markets for the book and an annotated list of existing literature on the topic
- A timeline for completion of the manuscript
